The web-based application incorporates time-saving features designed to improve accuracy and simplify the search and order management process. It is continually enhanced based on evidence-based data and your feedback.

MatchSource expedites the search process by allowing real-time searching of the NMDP Registry® via the matching algorithm, HapLogic℠.
Understanding HapLogic
Learn about the HapLogic matching algorithm, which identifies donors and cord blood units with the highest potential to match each patient. Also get an overview of Match Categories, Match Grades and how potential donors and cord blood units are prioritized on the Search Report.
MatchSource First-time Users
Every MatchSource user needs a username, password and SecurID credentials before accessing MatchSource the first time. The primary coordinator at your transplant center can set up your MatchSource access by submitting the User Access form.
After your primary coordinator submits the request, our team will review the request and send you your MatchSource username, password and SecurID credentials.
