With every patient case—from preliminary search through donation—you’ll be supported by one of our Case Managers every step of the way. With our single-point-of-contact model, your transplant center’s assigned Case Manager helps you move your patients from search to transplant as quickly as possible.
Case Managers are on call 24 hours a day, every day, so that you can always get the answers you and your patients depend on.
