Jason Carter Clinical Trials Program
Helping you find clinical trials for your patients
When your patient needs a clinical trial that is not available at your center, finding an appropriate trial can be challenging and time consuming. The Jason
Carter Clinical Trials Program (JCCTP) can help.
We search for clinical trials for your patients so you can stay focused on patient care. All JCCTP services are free for both you and your patients.
How the Jason Carter Clinical Trials Program works
The Jason Carter Clinical Trials Program is intended to be used by patients, their family members and our transplant center partners.
Web-based clinical trial search tool
At the heart of the program is a simple, web-based clinical trial search tool to find trials for:
- Hematologic malignancies
- Hematologic disorders
- HCT complications
- Inherited immune system or metabolic diseases
You can search for trials by disease, treatment, keywords, patient age, clinical trial phase, trial location and more. The search results are written for patients using easy-to-understand language.Explore trials
Create a personalized account
The JCCTP website allows you to create a free, personalized account so you can:
- Save and easily access customized searches for multiple patients
- Bookmark clinical trials to add notes and to reference later
- Set up automatic alerts to be notified by text or email when new trials matching your saved customized searches open for recruitment.
A Clinical Trials Navigator is available to provide one-on-one support for your team and your patients. You can connect with a Clinical Trials Navigator via phone or email. Along with assisting with a search, the specialist can help educate your patients about clinical trials.“Our hospital didn’t have a suitable clinical trial for my patient. The navigator at JCCTP was very knowledgeable and able to search for multiple myeloma trials across the country for him.”
—Diane, RN, BMTCN, Transplant Coordinator
Through the JCCTP, qualified patients with hematologic malignancies and disorders have access to the Drs. Jeffrey and Isabel Chell Clinical Trials Travel Grant to help with clinical trial travel costs.Access grant info
